Phone recipient success!

WOW spoke with Nelson County DSS worker Jewell West to check on the most recent recipient of a donated phone. Ms. West reported that the lady used it to make and keep medical appointments. However, it was most exciting that she also used the phone to coordinate a move out of state to be closer to friends and family!
