Wall Opportunities and Wishes emerged out of a pursuit to support the unmet needs of community members with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health challenges. Established in 2019, we’re an organization driven by a desire to help increase the quality of life for people in these populations. Contact us to learn more and get involved.

Wall Residences supports WOW through donations of staff time, travel, technology, medical equipment, consultation, and funding for ongoing expenses such as legal expertise and marketing fees. Thank you, Wall Residences!
WOW connects with Virginia Prosthetics and Orthotics to repurpose gently-used medical equipment, when we don't find users on our own. This office helps many people with disabilities obtain adaptive equipment to improve their mobility. One staff is even involved in mission trips to help others around the world! WOW appreciates our community partners who increase quality of life for so many people in need. Thank you!

This generous local business partnered with WOW to help a family in need of a new bed for their son with autism. He loves to bounce ... so much so, that he's worn out three beds recently! We really appreciate the foam mattress design that will provide both comfort and durability.
